installers are now available for the win32 client. this is now the OFFICIAL release!

the installer files are available here

please note, these link against a newer version of wspell... so if you download just the exe, you will need to update the wspell ocx as well. this can be done by copying the wspell.ocx available on my site to c:\windows\system32 on your machine.

i highly recommend getting the installers!

congratulations sweetie! i know how much time & effort has gone into the new client, and in case i don't say it often enough (it just seems like a given) i'm really proud of you=)

could you be much more specific in what you mean by "crash"?

also, what was your method of install?

in regards to the icon, i realize that... but the icon's were provided for me, i will mention to brad that maybe he should have it reworked.

yeah, i did a little research on someone elses machine and encountered the bad behavior. the problem is, that my code is seemingly correct and it is actually win9x that is poorly written. i will see if i can figure out a workaround that will make the web menu fully functional. if however, there is no workaround, then i will just have to do some OS detection and disable the menu if on win9x (for the moment i am assuming nt4 is well behaved).
