a birthday greeting for a friend

sometimes we peer
as if hidden from view
sometimes we hide
not trying to find something new
sometimes we cry
while other times...
we look up and watch the sky

remember that dreams soar high
and you will always be amazing
whether gazing through a hole
or in plain view.

you are amazing.
just as you.

it was coupled with a card of a woman staring through a heart cut out in the center of a piece of paper.

i realize i don't have an email address for you anymore =(
so i now have to be available Fri night/Sat should a database upgrade go poorly... which normally wouldn't keep chris & i from staying all weekend... i just just work from my hotel room.... but she has found a out a really good friend who now lives in nebraska will be in town all weekend. so we are now coming and going on friday. we will be staying for dinner though. i'll call you sometime later today.

Dear Visions I want to say I feel touched by your words given as a gift to share. I have just found livejournal. Your client helper was the one I downloaded. And I am hooked! What a drug. But ya know, it is so smiley like walking through a park looking at all the beautiful flowers. And they're people!

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong spot, but I can't find anything to privately msg you with - I was wondering if the script for detecting the music playing on the computer was open source? I'm interested in using that functionality for my website which is all about music ;)

Tim - Do you write these poems?? Speaking as a musician they're lovely, lyrical and memorable :)

question on the code thing...I'm stumped. It looks like the "detect music" is written in C++?

Do you know of any way to get this code in javascript that detects for winamp, real, windows media player and music match? I'm trying to develop a mod for my php boards but I'm hitting stone walls. And me not being a programmer is seriously effing me up - was wondering if you had any knowledge or contacts I could talk to?

Many thanks (jkate@anti-industry.com)
