I dislocated my shoulder carrying a box for this girl in my building. damn ice :(

I popped it back in place myself, which HURT like a bitch. I forgot how bad it hurts to relocate your shoulder. ouch. oh well, I'm glad I at least have a high pain tolerance.

I even helped her finish carrying her boxes, although I only used my right arm. :(

I'm also glad I have good pain killers though. my fucking shoulder is killing me at the moment, its this nagging "throb". grr at it.

Oh no :o( . . . . . *kisses it* . .

I hope you're okay. I have a friend who dislocated his shoulder and since he had weight on his arms, instead of the dislocation staying in place, it was PULLED BACK further, and now his arm is all fucked up but he's still playing cymbals . . he's a strong guy :o) I'm scared to dislocate anything . . or even break anything. The worst I've ever had (that I remember the pain to and such) was a hairlin fracture in my ankle from falling off of the last step at the high school during a wrestling match. Except, some big buff teenager guys carried me home, which was nice. I was right across the street . . teehee . .

Well ANYWAYS, get better, sweetface.
